Angelica Dealino is a licensed Chemical Engineer with postgraduate studies in business management, project finance and strategic planning. Her field of expertise is in the design/development of funding mechanisms for energy efficiency (EE) and renewable energy (RE) projects, and capacity building on EE/ RE project financial evaluation for financial institutions, project developers and potential energy service companies. She has extensive work experience in project finance; conduct of due diligence on investment projects for financial assistance or equity financing; and financial management / comptrollership of microfinance operations.
She has implemented several projects supported by multilateral and bilateral funders such as ADB, IFC, World Bank, UNDP, Rockefeller Brothers Foundation; UK-Aid Department for International Development and US EPA. She has a total 15 years of experience in the field of EE/ RE Financing.
