Partner Identification for EnergyWorks – Thailand
IIEC-Asia provided EnergyWorks (C.I.) LLC. with a list of five pre-qualified potential business associates in Thailand for BG-Systems distributors.
IIEC-Asia pre-qualified the potential associates by developing and conducting a survey and by collecting and analyzing self-reported data from candidate companies. It found one partner who had the system manufacturing capability in addition to the client's desired distribution and marketing capability. The client entered into preliminary negotiations with this company.
