Indonesia Energy Policy Study

IIEC conducted a study funded by NEDO on Indonesia’s Energy Policy. It came out with a report containing detailed and up-to-date information on Indonesia's energy policies at the time.

The report gave an overview of energy supply and demand in Indonesia, with an emphasis on electricity. It also provided details regarding the history of energy policy, its evolution, and current policies and planning. It likewise described major ongoing energy-efficiency programs, as well as the barriers to efficiency in Indonesia. The report concluded with recommendations to facilitate efficiency improvements, and those activities where international organizations such as NEDO could participate in.
