Marketing Assessment of the Lighting Market in Cambodia and Support the Development and Implementation of a National LED Replacement Programme (2019)
A nationwide project aimed at conducting a market assessment of the lighting industry in Cambodia and support the development and implementation of a national LED replacement program. In support, IIEC conducted the following activities: assessment of the lighting products in the Cambodian market, assessment of the institutional framework and design for implementing the on-bill financing scheme, design of a financial scheme, flow, and management, assessment of readiness for implementation of MEPS and Labelling Program, development of a GCF Readiness Request for Cambodia.
