Investment Grade Technical Energy Audit and Project Development
This project was set up to conduct Investment Grade Technical Energy Audits and prepare Project Development Contracts for the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation Project (LCECP). The audit sites included Solicar Industrial Plant in Wadi Chahrour and Hotel Dieu de France Hospital in Achrafieh, Beirut.
IIEC was tasked to 1) Conduct an investment-grade technical energy audits; 2) Prepare project development contracts; and 3) Prepare investment plans.
