Assess Potential Investment Opportunities for Sovereign Guaranteed Loan in City Gas and District Cooling Market in India (2019)

The main objective of the project is to identify the relevant stakeholders, analyze policy, and assess investment opportunity in city gas and district cooling market in India.

As part of this study, the following activities will be undertaken: 1) Stakeholder identification: Identify players (by policy makers, regulators, and service providers) in city gas and district cooling market in India. Identify ownership structure of service providers (i.e. national/state-owned enterprise, private, or mixed); 2) Policy analysis: Analyze government’s investment policy and regulations in city gas and district cooling market; 3) Investment opportunity assessment: Assess potential investment opportunities for sovereign guaranteed loan in city gas and district cooling market in India; and 4) Prepare and submit the report including all findings.
