Asia Pacific Urban Energy Association (APUEA) (2017 - Ongoing)
The project aims to be a platform to collect and disseminate knowledge, best practices, and tools related to the development of sustainable urban energy systems, and thereby support the development of liveable cities in the Asia Pacific region. (http://apuea.org)
Activities included: 1) Establish a portal for sharing international and regional best practices for planning and implementing sustainable urban energy systems, including policies and regulations, business models, concepts, and technologies; 2) Act as an information hub to support city policymakers, program managers, and other stakeholders in the design, development, and support of sustainable urban energy systems; and 3) Promote the development of sustainable urban energy projects, customized for the different countries in the Asia Pacific region, by actively supporting project consortiums with project development and implementation.
