RfP#11 - Strategic Assessment of Energy Efficient Technologies and Supply chain Ecosystems under ADEETIE Scheme (Deadline 15 April 2026)

Under the GEF-6 Cycle, the Global Environment Facility (GEF) is supporting Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL), for the execution of the “Creating and Sustaining Markets for Energy Efficiency” Project. UNEP is the implementing agency for this project and EESL is the ‘executing agency’. This GEF project aims to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions through energy efficiency through scaling up and new technology applications. Since the start of 2024, the International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC) has been assisting EESL as a technical executing agency in the execution of the tasks under the GEF-6 project.

IIEC is seeking to engage a qualified professional agency for 1) Assessment of key technologies relevant to MSME sectors including typical capacity ranges used across clusters identified in the ADEETIE scheme (Assistance in Deploying Energy Efficient Technologies in Industries & Establishments); 2) Mapping the local delivery ecosystem by identifying and evaluating technology solution providers (TSP) operating at the clusters, states, and national levels, including OEMs, suppliers, system integrators, fabricators, consultants, energy auditors, and service providers relevant to MSME energy efficiency and clean technology adoption; and 3) Facilitate partnership between BEE /EESL and key TSP to accelerate the adoption of Energy Efficient Technologies.
